The family cottage at Lac Sainte-Marie

Cottage was perfect. The view was spectacular.Cons: annoying neighbours across very busy street. Sump pump was going off very noisy and emptying out flowing towards the fire pit, the ground was wet.

The cottage was very nice lakeview was great and fishing & swimming awesome. The cottage backs onto the main road through the village which has a lot of thro' traffic specifically large trucks at various hours throughout thenight. The basement bunk bed was missing a safety bar on the upper bed so kids could not sleep on it. The lower bunk bed mattress sinks badly in the centre.When we arrived there were 2 issues that needed to be resolved namely cleaning the hot tub & having the septic serviced given a strong pungent smell in the cottage. Both issues were resolved when we contacted the host.

Great spot if you're in the area. Very well kept and comfortable. The place is fully updated and has an incredible view of the lake. The host is extremely helpful and responsive. We only stayed for one night but would definitely go back.
